Expectations and Guidelines
We are not a laundromat, we are not a business. We are a volunteer group who launder your items in our own homes. We usually take 5-7 days to get your laundry back to you after we pick it up.
We have no limit to number of bags you can put in your request, but we will only pick up the number of bags you tell us about because we need to coordinate volunteers ahead of time.
We move at the speed of our volunteer capacity.
