Request Service

Before you request, please read the following:

• Yes! This is free!
• Volunteers usually take 3-5 days to fulfill your request after your laundry has been picked up.
• No limit to number of loads, but please give us your best estimate on number of loads so we can be best prepared.
• Please make sure to check all pockets before giving us your laundry.
• Special washing instructions need to be shared with the coordinator and laundry needs to be presorted into colors/whites/lights/darks etc or it will all be washed together.
• A coordinator will reach out to you once it is your turn for laundry support.
• Depending on needs/volunteer capacity, it may take 1-5 weeks before you hear from a coordinator.
